Payment - We accept Cash , Card & Tap payments - Card payment has a 2% tax add to your services Confrim Appointments Email or text message 24hr prior to the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for confirming their appointments to avoid any misunderstanding. Cancellation Clients must provide at least 24Hr notice for cancellation to avoid cancellation fee. 24Hr before the appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% the scheduled service cost . Late Arrival Allow a 10 Minute Grace period for late arrivals. If a client arrives after this time , we may need to reschedule the appointment 📅to ensure timely service for all client No Show failing to attend a scheduled without prior notice ! No show fee / Pre-payment Reserve the right to charge a no-show fee . The full payment will be charged
CANCELLATION POLICY
